    Payment method
    PayPal and Credit Cards are available online, but we also accept bank transfers directly if you cannot place an online order. Please chat with us if you have payment issue.

    Order Status
    Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification email. This email will contain your tracking number and a link to check the status of your order. You can also check the status of your order by going to your account page.

    Order address
    Dear customer, we will send you an order confirmation email after you place an order. Please check your address information again. We will ship according to the address on your order. If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address problem, we will not be responsible. Therefore, please make sure that your order address is correct.

    Warehouse located
    We have CN, USA and EU warehouse. When you enter the delivery address, please make sure there are no spelling mistakes in the address, and it is best to write your apartment number.

    Shipping Charges
    The shipping cost depends on the destination, weight, and size of the package. You will be able to see the exact cost during the checkout process.

    Free shipping on orders over $9.99. If your order value is under it, you might be charged $10 for standard shipping(arrives in 7-15 days), or other shipping methods.

    For Fix Wing RC FPV fixed wings product, we provide different shipping fee for Expedited shipping(arrives in 10-20 days). The specific shipping cost is subject to the checkout page.

    For all orders' package, we handle packages by DHL, UPS, EMS, our special shipping line, DDP, Yanwen and so on, usually takes about 5-20 days for delivery.

    Processing Time
    Once you place your order, it usually takes 1 business days for us to process and prepare your package for shipment. We only process orders on business days (Monday-Friday)

    Shipping usually takes 7 - 20 business days. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

    Tracking Information
    You will receive a tracking number once your package is dispatched, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

    Damaged or Lost Packages
    In the rare event that your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

    Return Policy

    Skyzone takes every customer seriously and is committed to solving their problems and making them happy. All of our items undergo strict quality control checks before being sent to our customers.

    ONE year warranty, if you have any Technical Support, just contact us and we will be here with you!

    To initiate an exchange or a return, please shoot an e-mail to miaya@skyzonehobbies.com that includes your name, order number and reason for return along with a photo if items arrived damaged or defective. Return first, we will resend or refund after we got the return package.

    Return request:

    ---- In a saleable condition
    ---- Item/s must not be washed or used
    ---- 30 days from delivery date

    If the return is caused by the customer’s own reasons (such as wrong order, change of mind, incorrect selection, etc.), the customer shall bear all return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes and any related charges. We will only refund the product value after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

    Exchanges
    We will replace items if they are damaged or defective on arrival at our own expense. Please take a photo and send it to miaya@skyzonehobbies.com along with your order number to initiate an exchange.

    If you would like to exchange for size or color, please let us know in your email the item you are looking to exchange are available. And if there is difference between price, we will refund for over payment or you pay for the shortage.

    Refunds
    Once we received your returned item and inspected it, we will send you an email confirmation to notify you that your refund has been issued. If your request has been approved, then your refund will be processed and will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, which usually take 7-15 working days. In some cases, if the item is returned in a used or damaged condition, a partial refund may be issued.

    Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    If you applied a promo code at the time of your purchase, we will only refund you for the total amount paid after the discount was applied.

    Please note that used or washed items are not eligible for refund, unless the items have arrived to you in damaged or defective condition.

    You will be responsible to pay for shipping costs when returning exchanged items or when returning items unless they are deemed damaged or defective upon arrival to you.

    You should always use a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Please make sure to note and retain your tracking number in any case where your package does not arrive to our address, we will need to verify that it was sent and a tracking number will be required to do so. We do not guarantee that we will receive and refund your returned item if you are unable to provide us with a tracking number for the honest sake of verification of the exchange or return.

    Hi! Generally- good receiver, works with P1. But....
    Software is a "little bit" unfinished:

    1. Constant voltage alarm(VRX voltage always readed as 0.39V)
    2. Auto-rec working, but red dot blinking all the time
    3. cant enable focus mode- inactive switch
    4. cant change VTX power- inactive switch
    5. Cant enable standby mode- inactive switch
    6. Sometimes VRX cant boot- I don't know why.

    Will be good to have USB-C DP alt mode(e.g. for glasses like Rayneo, Viture or similar)

    The build quality is okay, it is smaller than it appears in the photos

    Good, but room for improvement

    Picture Quality is great for an entry level digital, but it’s setup needs to make some improvements for 5 stars. As this has just been released, I hope they can quickly make adjustments. Mushroom antennas is ridiculously large for the VTX (please offer lollipops with all cameras). Also antennas are supposed LHCP but are identical to their RHCP without any differential labelling (so don’t mix them up!). No instructions included in the box, or on the website via the QR code. Finally none of the wires/ cabling is set up to work easily or neatly with other skyzone/ Atomrc products (can’t plug and play with the Atomrc FC, no short ribbon HDMI cable to use with googles, need to find and print bracket for the vrx to fit on my cobra x goggles. These are all minor things that should be easy to fix for skyzone.

    Overview

    This is a compact and lightweight 5.8G digital FPV video receiver. It supports 5.725–5.850GHz frequency, up to 1TB SD card recording, HDMI 2.0 high-definition output, and Type-C firmware upgrade. With wide 8–30V voltage input and a slim design of 80.1g, it is ideal for FPV drone video transmission systems.

    Mushroom antennas

    It is a high-performance, lightweight antenna optimized for stable 5.8G FPV signal transmission, with low VSWR and reliable gain for extended flight range.

    Patch antennas

    It is a lightweight, high-performance directional patch antenna, ideal for boosting FPV video reception range and stability on ground stations or goggles.

    Operating channel

    Before using this product, please ensure that you fully understand and comply with local laws and regulations;

    Users who employ modified or cracked versions or use amateur frequency bands without permission may be subject to penalties for violating local laws and regulations.

    LED status indication

    1.Connect the VTX and the power of the VRX.
    2.Short press the frequency buttons on the VTX and VRXrespectively. After entering the frequency matching state, the dual colorindicator light flashes rapidly.
    3.After the linkis successful, the indicator light on the VTX and VRX LED turns solid green.
