Payment method
PayPal and Credit Cards are available online, but we also accept bank transfers directly if you cannot place an online order. Please chat with us if you have payment issue.

Order Status
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification email. This email will contain your tracking number and a link to check the status of your order. You can also check the status of your order by going to your account page.

Order address
Dear customer, we will send you an order confirmation email after you place an order. Please check your address information again. We will ship according to the address on your order. If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address problem, we will not be responsible. Therefore, please make sure that your order address is correct.

Warehouse located
We have CN, USA and EU warehouse. When you enter the delivery address, please make sure there are no spelling mistakes in the address, and it is best to write your apartment number.

Shipping Charges
The shipping cost depends on the destination, weight, and size of the package. You will be able to see the exact cost during the checkout process.

Free shipping on orders over $99. If your order value is under it, you might be charged $10 for standard shipping(arrives in 7-15 days), or other shipping methods.

For Fix Wing RC FPV fixed wings product, we provide different shipping fee for Expedited shipping(arrives in 10-20 days). The specific shipping cost is subject to the checkout page.

For all orders' package, we handle packages by DHL, UPS, EMS, our special shipping line, DDP, Yanwen and so on, usually takes about 5-20 days for delivery.

Processing Time
Once you place your order, it usually takes 1 business days for us to process and prepare your package for shipment. We only process orders on business days (Monday-Friday)

Estimated Delivery Time
Shipping usually takes 7 - 20 business days. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number once your package is dispatched, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Damaged or Lost Packages
In the rare event that your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Orders placed on Friday Afternoons, during weekends or National Holidays will be processed the next business day.

During holiday periods, such as Thanksgiving, Black Friday and Cyber Monday, Christmas, and Easter, orders may be subject to delay.

1. Cancellation Before Shipment

Orders can be fully canceled for free before we process and ship your package.
Once the order is marked fulfilled/shipped, no order cancellation is available. You may initiate a return request after receiving the parcel instead.

2. 14-Day Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your package to submit a return request via your order page.

3. Eligible Return Items
Products can be returned only if:
• All original packaging, boxes, accessories, manuals, stickers, and spare parts are intact and unmodified;
• The product has NOT been assembled, flown, charged, or damaged by improper operation;
• No physical scratches, crashes, water damage, or self-disassembly;

To initiate an exchange or a return, please shoot an e-mail to miaya@skyzonehobbies.com that includes your name, order number and reason for return along with a photo if items arrived damaged or defective. 

4. Non-Returnable Items
The following goods are excluded from free returns and cannot be returned for non-defective reasons:

1. Pre-assembled;
2. Used goggles, worn antennas;
3. Clearance items, discounted spare parts, custom modified components;
4. Products damaged by crash, improper wiring, overcharging, or user error.
5. Return Shipping & Fees
• If you return goods due to our manufacturing defect, we will cover return shipping costs;
• If you return items for personal change of mind, you are responsible for all return shipping fees, customs duties, and delivery charges. A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your final refund to cover inspection and repackaging costs.
• We do not accept COD return parcels. Any COD delivery will be rejected automatically.

6. Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 7 working days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Bank transfer and card refunds may take 3–10 business days to show in your account, depending on your bank's processing speed.

7. Damaged & Defective Goods
If your order arrives broken, defective, or missing parts, please contact our support within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing videos and clear photos. We will arrange replacement or full refund after verification.

We are not liable for any personal injury, property loss, or flight accidents arising from improper operation after delivery.
