SKY04X is first skyzone goggle with focus adjustment,the 1280*960 high resolution screen have vivid color and high contrast ration, pilot can see more details in the racing.
With Steadyview receiver, the receiver merge two signal to one, avoid image tearing and rolling, make image more stable and clear in challenging condition.
The new designed optics have focus adjustment feature and 46 degree Field of view, gives pilots more immersive FPV experience.
The new OS with 10 languages to set select, pilot have no trouble with the menu system, with shuttle wheel and new user interface, pilot can set all the setting just by rolling the wheel without take off the goggles.

How do I remove faceplate in order to install the other one?

How long will it take to get my order?
Most orders will be shipped within usually 1~2 working days , but for special holidays, 4 business days might be needed.
There are different shipping methods for your chioce, depending on yourself. Detailed shipping costs and chioces can be checked at the checkout page.
Free shipping on orders over $99.
If your order vaule is under $99, you might be charged $10 for standard shipping(arrives in 12-35 days), or $25 for Expedited shipping(arrives in 3-12 days), but not included the Fix Wing collection.
For Fix Wing product, you might be charged $50 for Expedited shipping(arrives in 10-20 days).
The total processing time may be affected by the stock status of individual items, national holidays, etc.

Once we receive your online order we will send you a confirmation e-mail and you will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped and is on it’s way to you.

To initiate an exchange or a return, please shoot an e-mail to skyzonehobbies@gmail.com that includes your name, order number and reason for return along with a photo if items arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges
We will replace items if they are damaged or defective on arrival at our own expense. Please take a photo and send it to skyzonehobbies@gmail.com along with your order number to initiate an exchange.
If you would like to exchange for size or color, please let us know in your email the item you are looking to exchange are available. And if there is difference between price, we will refund for over payment or you pay for the shortage.
Refunds
Once we received your returned item and inspected it, we will send you an email confirmation to notify you that your refund has been issued. If your request has been approved, then your refund will be processed and will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, which usually take 7-15 working days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you applied a promo code at the time of your purchase, we will only refund you for the total amount paid after the discount was applied.
Please note that used or washed items are not eligible for refund, unless the items have arrived to you in damaged or defective condition.

You will be responsible to pay for shipping costs when returning exchanged items or when returning items unless they are deemed damaged or defective upon arrival to you.
You should always use a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Please make sure to note and retain your tracking number in any case where your package does not arrive to our address, we will need to verify that it was sent and a tracking number will be required to do so. We do not guarantee that we will receive and refund your returned item if you are unable to provide us with a tracking number for the honest sake of verification of the exchange or return.
